Members of the Deep South might be interested in the story of the Dover Air Force Base Memorial Garden that they were introduced to at the Convention in Atlanta. The project, initially estimated to cost $120,000, got a boost last year after a presentation at a National Garden Club Convention in Atlanta. Details were shared by the national organization's president during meetings in other states. Donations large and small started to arrive, and have topped $300,000.
